Privacy Policy

Heartlands Trimlight LLC ("we," "us") installs permanent exterior lighting in Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request a quote, including through our website, Facebook or Instagram, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, street address and city, plus answers you choose to give (for example, whether your home is one or two stories and when you'd like lights installed).
• Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram: when you submit one of our forms, Meta shares the answers you entered with us. Meta's own use of your information is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
• Website usage: like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited. If you use the "See It On Your Home" tool, the photo you choose is processed in your own browser and is not uploaded to us.

How we use it

• To contact you by phone, text or email about your quote, estimate or installation.
• To measure your home, prepare a written quote, schedule work and send invoices.
• To provide warranty service and answer questions after your installation.

Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our scheduling and invoicing software, payment processor and installation crew members working on your job), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and quote records as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties and meet tax and record-keeping requirements.
