In a Missouri winter it's dark by five o'clock. For a business on a busy road, that means half of the hours people drive past, your building is hard to see. Permanent trim lighting fixes that and keeps working all year.
Why businesses choose permanent lighting
- Visibility. A clean line of light along your roofline catches the eye from the road and makes your building easy to find at night.
- Brand colors. Show your company colors every night, then switch to holiday themes when the season comes.
- No more seasonal decorating bills. Many businesses pay to have lights hung and taken down every year. A permanent system ends that recurring cost.
- Safety. Bright white over entrances, walkways and parking areas helps customers and employees feel safer after dark.
- Community. Light up for the Chiefs, local schools, awareness months and community events, and people notice.
Who it works for
Restaurants and bars, retail storefronts, offices, churches, storage facilities, car dealerships, apartment buildings and municipal buildings. If it has a roofline or a fascia, it can be lit.
Control across one or many buildings
Schedules can be set to match your business hours, with brand colors during open hours and a security white overnight. Larger properties can be split into zones, so each building or wall does something different.
How a commercial project works
